You are still only asking half the question. Yes there are devices that plug into a USB port. But you also need a wireless headset to go with it. The device I am going to link you to will work with almost any bluetooh headset you may have laying around for your cell phone or you can purchase one separately.

Check this out, I use one it is great it is only made for audio, it does not require any additional software - Plug-n-Play. I use it with a Jawbone headset but almost anything will work.

You might want to be more specific but in general yes it will work with any wired or wireless head set.
