looks like they fixed whatever was wrong in my apt building, I was getting horrible speeds for a year. I will still be switching to FIOS when its available because RR waited for Verizon to light a fire under there ass to fix things around here.
Been having these speeds for a couple of days, never had this before.

called level 3 again tonight after emailing all my tracerts yesterday.
tech said this was submitted to "G-NOC"yesterday. 24-48 hours Ill get a call. |

| A supervisor of Tier 3 tech support responded to one of my emails to let me know that since this is clearly a problem with TWC's network, the problem has been escalated to their Network group.
Whether or not they get someone over to that Newark node to install some new servers is the real question...
I'm sick of 600+ pings every night at primetime. |
