What this entails is the absolute cessation of all network upgrades, and the implementation of our recession contingency where we cap your Internet usage. Its you the consumer that's at fault. How do you the consumer expect Comcast to oversell our networks if you the consumer actually use them. It's a shame that you the consumer actually thought that we here at Comcast meant 'unlimited'.
