If so, yes, you can safely uncheck that. Does your server only have 1 network interface? If not, I'd remove the entire NAT/Firewall interface.

FWIW, I don't run the RRAS filters or NAT/Basic firewall on any of my VPN servers. There are situations where it makes sense to (like not allowing communication between VPN clients) but it doesn't sound like you're after that.

I have port forwarded port 1723 to my vpn server.
