Lost Sync?

Well around 6:50AM EST I lost DSL sync and now it's back (7:30AM). So I was just wondering if this was planned or not.

We don't control sync nor do we always get notified about Bell's maintenance to SLAMs etc.

Bell typically works on SLAMs from 12AM - 7AM ...
It is very likely related to work being done if doesn't normally happen.

It could also be a real issue...........
Monitor your sync for next day or two and if it continues to be a problem give us a call..

Alright, thanks. I'll keep an eye on it but I'm out for most of the day today though so I won't really know if it loses sync.

Re: Lost Sync?

Poke us on the forum by bumping this and ask us to check your line stats to see if we see a state change on your DSL profile.

Actually, you may need to post in the direct forum so you can give us your account details (name / username)

Thanks!!
