Poke us on the forum by bumping this and ask us to check your line stats to see if we see a state change on your DSL profile.

Actually, you may need to post in the direct forum so you can give us your account details (name / username)

Alright, thanks. I'll keep an eye on it but I'm out for most of the day today though so I won't really know if it loses sync.

We don't control sync nor do we always get notified about Bell's maintenance to SLAMs etc.

Bell typically works on SLAMs from 12AM - 7AM ...
It is very likely related to work being done if doesn't normally happen.

It could also be a real issue...........
Monitor your sync for next day or two and if it continues to be a problem give us a call..
