Re: I Switched said by JukeBoxHero:from TMo to ATT a month ago. I have a free Motorola V9 and a free Pantech Duo, Media Net, ATT Navigator (GPS), XM Radio, Cellular Video, and the rest of the unnecessary bells and whistles to play with. Does TMo even have video? Oooohhh, a Motorola phone! Exciting! That costs you how much each month?
But mostly, I have more bars in more places than I ever had with TMo and I have rollover minutes. Ha! Unless something's changed, T-Mobile and ATT have roaming agreements with each other. When a t-mobile customer is outside of the t-mobile service area they roam on ATT's network for free... So, I find it difficult to believe that you have better coverage on ATT when you could roam on their network with t-mobile before at no cost. -- "What makes us omniscient? McNamara |

If the marginal signal disappears, then you'll end up on the strong roaming signal. Some phones allow you to set it to force roaming to avoid this issue, but many don't. |
