Curious

So now...if I am on the top residential tier of 20Mbps and I can sustain an average of about 800kps...will I ever reach 70% of my alloted bandwidth? My math is a little rusty and I am too lazy to get into it too deeply, but 20Mbps should be a bit over 2400KBps right? Correct me if I am retarded I haven't had any coffee yet and this is turning into a long morning. I would be a little steamed if I was downloading a game from direct2drive that was a few gigs at about 600KBps (we'll say D2D is having a good day) and I am at 75% of what my -actual- sustained max is...do I get throttled?

70% of 20Mbps is 14Mbps...or about 1,750KBps. So I would say you are plenty "safe" at only 600KBps.
