a few factors can affect your sync mode, and or internal/external wiring

telsavvy will try to solve any issues to the best of their capabilities.

post line stats and we can tell you what we think

Dude I'd just order Teksavvy now and deal with any issues as they arise. which I am sure their will be ie bell messing around, changing ur remote/co etc. btw are you able to extract the line stats from that modem. I hear it can be a bit of a chore but it will help things too. Keep in mind are you renting this modem? Cause you may have to give this back to them. But it's good you have a Linksys GL already as theirs ways around bells throttle using it with Teksavvy.
