| Caps will rise and will never go down A show of hands: does anybody expect Comcast's cap to go up with DOCSIS upgrades or alternative HD delivery demand? Do you think it will ever go down? The cap will go up when Docsis 3 is deployed and to keep from losing customers to Fios. Also with more and more legal video available and with Comcast supplying much of it thru their fancast.com web site, the caps will rise as infrastructure improves.
And I don't think it will EVER go down.
