Ok, then why don't you just move on - this is all irrelevent to you for at least a year.
You are missing one major thing friend, 15 minutes at 70% *IF* the headend is congested.
If it is not congested - no problem!
Yeah, I do, and will, get all of my speed.
I totally abuse Comcast for a whopping 30GB per month.
Do the math. This all means nothing to me!
