Getting the message

What amazes me is that Giganews hasn't yet got the message and removed child porn from their servers. In fact, apparently they have in the UK, they are part of IWF and to be part of IWF they must not provide access to such materials.

So in the UK Giganews really believes that child porn is horrible, as it is. In the USA they peddle it on their servers. Isn't position of such stuff illegal? If so, then why doesn't it apply to ISPs like Giganews who know it's there.
