It merely demonstrates a failure of regulation by the appropriate authorities.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/588798"><b>Lenonn</b></A> : I see you're in the Silver Spring, too.<br><br>In this case, the ad is a friendly warning that if you are receiving the channels listed (Mojo HD, HDNet, Discovery Theater HD, HDNet Movies) that they are being switched to the HD Premium lineup.  Customer Service told me that Premium is the same as what they currently call DigitalVisionPlus.  Currently, the channels are all part of the free High Definition lineup.<br><br>In short, as of October 22, if you want any of those channels, you'll need to subscribe to Premium.]]></description>
