Re: [ Mobile] Bell will be 'throttling' free Blackberry GPS Apps Didn't that scripting come months later though? As in November or December which was a month after DPI was initialized. And to be fair, at the time you were denying it up until around October I believe.
Maybe Bell 'leaked' this to gauge customer reaction to this idea before they actually go ahead and do it. They could finally be learning from their mistakes in the past and listening to customers a bit.

I also never denied throttling would ever happen, I simply denied that it was happening before then (it wasn't actually turned ON before October 27th).
I've also been waiting for the person who started these rumours in the various forums and blogs to post the (now) infamous "internal memo" everyone keeps referring to.
