AT&T Qualifies me for 3-6 Mbps, DSLX only 1.5-3Mbps

Why does the Phone Company say my line is better than DSLX says it is?

Did you do a pre-qualifcation on their website? Can you provide me your account information so I can take a look?

Thanks

I don't see my post in the newer topic. What did I do wrong this time?

Dave, That was WiFiguru's post that I moved to a new topic not yours.

Is this the post you are talking about:

»I'm getting way less than optimal speed today

If so I think you may have clicked on new topic rather than reply in this thread.

That's a new topic.

I have 2 current issues. I have a very slow intermittent connection today; and; the Phone Company is offering me a faster tier than DSLX.

Thank-you.

And you have two current topics, this one dealing with your faster tier and this one »I'm getting way less than optimal speed today with your connection issues.

Thanks George and Zak:

I will leave the connect up for 10 solid days (Edison willing) for the ramp.
