I thought business class users were exempt from the policy??? I was told that even if I upgraded to business class, the same rules applied. This was in January. It took me a while before anyone there even knew about the hidden caps, so it wasn't easy to get to nitty gritty. I did get one honest guy who told me not to bother with business class because I'd have the same limit, but it would be a slower speed and more money. |
