This was a week ago, I have not a word back from anyone yet. I have a tech coming out tomorrow to bring me my 2 DVRs and phone modem plus my upgrade to 15/2 takes place. So I'll see how things turn out then, and if it's just as bad, I'll send him another one. And let him know about your issue too.]]></description>

I'm on the same node as them with the 8/1 service with almost no fluctuation in speeds though. I thing they are just having some serious head end bandwidth provisioning issues.]]></description>

That's less than a 9% fluctuation.<br><br>I will say that I am old Ultra tier customer, now on 8/1, and I have noticed a lot more latency in pages in loading ever since the upgrade. I do, on the rare ocassion get my 15 down.Whats really funny is I get around 10 down to  speakeasy chicago.<br><br>Download Speed: 10697 kbps (1337.1 KB/sec transfer rate)<br>Upload Speed: 1106 kbps (138.3 KB/sec transfer rate)<br><br>So much for WOWs network tests being faster.]]></description>
