Not sure what you mean by "imposter". I've been a member here for over 2 years longer than you and have no affiliation with WOW other than as a customer.

I missed the fact in your first post that you're on 15/1. I thought you were also on 8/1, like me. With those numbers on an 8/1 package, again, I don't see how you could complain. 15/1 on WOW's speedtest and those numbers, yes, call WOW and bitch. There's no excuses - it's entirely their network. Have em send a tech out and get it up to par, or if they can't, downgrade to 8/1 and save some money.

Granted I am noticing the same issues at one of my clients houses who also has the 15/1 and is maxing out at about 10/1 with numbers as low as 7/1. I'm on the same node as them with the 8/1 service with almost no fluctuation in speeds though. That's less than a 9% fluctuation.

I will say that I am old Ultra tier customer, now on 8/1, and I have noticed a lot more latency in pages in loading ever since the upgrade. The same website I frequent everyday take longer to initially load. Nothing has changed but the WOW upgrade.
