Anyone have new speeds in Omaha?

I had a new 7x1 line installed recently and asked the tech why I did not qualify for the new tiers since I am 4 blocks from a fiber fed RT.

He said it's only in 2 CO's, Bellevue and 84th and Harrison.

What really gets me is i am pretty sure both of those CO's were not covered by forbearance, so why there?

Has anyone successfully ordered and installed the new 12 or 20 tier in the Omaha metro?
