The old adage "why fix something that ain't broke" may come into play. Ther are alot of people that flat out don't know what they're missing. Theres also a significant number of people that are just out of reach for broadband. So they just keep it simple.

He can even upgrade to Earthlink DSL, and he won't change. They make plenty of money, he's just afraid he will spend more time on his MAC than he already does. |

I just use it so I can dial w/out all those programs they have that dials for you that takes up the little bandwidth you got. If DSL or cable was available, I would drop juno in a second. I think the forecast for earthlink is an extreme chance of FAIL.
