said by Duramax08 :Wow. Are they seriously trying to refocus on dial-up? Dial up should been dead along time ago. Every one would rather have a high speed connection then a dial up connection. Also, I bet alot of people can beat there prices for dial up. Im only paying $9.99 with juno.
I'd be willing to wager a good portion of those users are elderly as well, and wouldn't know any better, or even care to get faster internet. See: Slowskis.
