Speedtest on site but "server marked temporarily offline"

Hi,
Very new to this forum and have just added a speedtest to my website. Have added all the payload files and as far as i know i have not marked a server as offline (i would be the administrator) but that is the error i get.
"Server marked as temporarily offline by administrator".

Can anyone shed some light on what i have done wrong?

Thanks,

Rob

On the FTA administration page, where you entered your information, you need change the value you have entered in the 'Down' field from '10' to '0'.

0 = online, whereas any other value will mark it as offline.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. That solved that problem, so that's good, but now the next screen comes up and says "connection problems, please try again". As i mentioned before, i have added all necessary payload files. Any ideas?

Thanks again,

Rob

Looks like your download path in the FTA config has changed, can you send me the URL for your test page (via PM or email would be preferred).

Haven't heard back from you, is this still an issue or were you able to resolve it?
