Let's say you find a place where comcast says this. I still wouldn't believe it. Comcast VoIP and Comcast VOD (Video On Demand) all use the same pipe. Now, I'd believe that they are not included in the bandwidth metering, but there's still a critical part of the 'HSI network' used by Comcast VoIP, namely
the part where congestion is hardest to prevent and most common. I agree. All comcast's services come from the same coax cable, and presumably the same pipe to the pedestal in your backyard. If they give you a different colored cable for each of YOUR services, let us know and include a pic too.
