it gets bad every day after 5:30PM so peek hours are as usual bringing down the service. But today has been slow pretty much all day. I'm not going to bother calling their useless support. They know, of course they do. The only thing to do is cancel the service and get something else like the previous poster did. They either don't care or couldn't care less. one of those two options.
