I think the people telling us to use that testing service are wildblue owners or employees |

I think the people telling us to use that testing service are wildblue owners or employees No one is claiming the service is awesome but when people have no other choice it is pretty darn good compared to dialup. Generally when you call CS they don't ask you to go to Testmynet, read this thread scroll to the bottom FYI: »www.wildblueworld.com/forum/show···post1428 The reason people here use it is it more accurate and they have larger test files which allow you to get a more accurate picture of what is happening. Browser pages will vary how fast they load depending on how complex they are and how busy the server is. Quite often CNN.com is suggest here and it will generally take about 20-30 seconds to start loading and will finish in about 30-60 seconds. Different people have offered you different help but if you don't use there suggestions then nothing will get better. -- Ron~ Wildblue Select Pak, Beam 26, Dell XPS600 Pentium D~dc 3.0GHz, 2Gig Ram, dual 160Ghd, XP pro, Linksys WRT54G router, client is Laptop, XP home |
