Also make sure that all the PC's have not only the required drivers, but can see them on the network. You need the PC to see the printer. When you hook up the printers with ethernet cable, they will get a Lan IP from the router and will become part of the network. Just install the printer software, during the installation, it will discover the printer, you should at that time change the printer's IP to a fixed IP.
