Billing Issues. When I signed up for ViaTalk i was told i would be charged $3.45 for taxes every month but I see 2 charges from viaTalk on my credit card this month. $3.45 and $1.95. I cant figure out what this 2nd charge is for.
VT recently implemented "enhanced" billing where they not only bill you for their costs to provide you with the bull$hit fees, but now they also charge additional bull$hit fees that they are suppose to collect. That may be what you are seeing. Everything should be billing together as a single credit card transaction, but since you just signed up that could be a one time billing irregularity. But then again, billing irregularities are a regularity if you take a look around the forum, so who knows.

I've tried to call ViaTalk 2 times but had to disconnect because of long waiting time.
<sarcasm>Viatalk never has long wait times. Obviously you are mistaken..</sarcasm>

I've tried to call them on week days about 9 pm Eastern time.
and both time waited more then 10 minutes before I disconnected.

Oops. My sarcasm tags weren't encoded so they got stripped off. That was meant to be facetious. Others have complained about long support times, but the official company line is that the support queue lengths are always "normal" and less then 5 minutes, despite what many have actually experienced.
