ool boost

@optonline.net		[help] download speed slower than upload

I had ool 15/2 service & it was fine. I now have the Triple Play with 30/5 boost. Ever since the change, my speed is at 1mb down/ 4mb up. I tryed the tweak test and did what it recommend and still no change. Can anyone help?
