anon : So I've been working with my local ATT techs since last september trying to resolve my constant loss of sync and slow speeds.

To the point of even re-wiring my whole house. After all the work I've paid for and no solution has been found, I'm CONVINCED that this is on their end. But they wont hear it.

Every time I call and setup the tech line-test prior to a home visit, my internet seems to stabilize for an hour or two, just long enough for them to conduct their test.

So I was wondering if there was a direct line I can call to instantly request a line test WHILE my internet is constantly going out?

I think if they test it while the drops are occuring they will get a better chance at finding this and fixing it without making me spend hundreds more.
