Re: No Caps?

lol, yea right!

Amount of usage
XOHM may provide various Service plans with different characteristics, including different speeds and usage limitations. You agree to comply with these limitations. In addition, your use of the Service may not result in an excessive burden of system or network resources, may not weaken network performance, and may not restrict, inhibit, interfere with, or degrade any other user's use of the Service. To ensure a high-quality experience for its entire subscriber base, XOHM may use various tools and techniques designed to limit the bandwidth available for certain bandwidth intensive applications or protocols, such as file sharing.

1 edit
2-4/ down and 1-2 up

it shows on the site what plans prices and in the above news story on this site

the AUP gives sprint/xohm to modify everything and anything, at anytime "ie. caps, throttle, blocking, port blocking, etc" and you have no say so. without warning or notice to boot!

overall i would wait to see when there are many users on with xohm to see what limitations/caps this company will put in. which will be another no good service overall in the end

not bad on the speeds, kind of bad on where they can modify anything at anytime. I just saw a pic on the xohm site and they guy is playing a game on his laptop. Maybe this would be great for online gaming?

would really depend on how far from a tower you would be and how many people are on at any given time.

only time will tell when more users get on the service
