| CIA and 3WEB are shit
Don't get anything from CIA, they gave me a "Free month" which they made me pay for. I had to call them for 2 months back and forth at least 20 times and after the 2 months they finally gave me the answer why I can't be refunded: Once your order has been activated, you may cancel the Service(s) as of the end of any pre-paid period, where applicable, on at least two weeks notice prior to the end of that pre-paid period or thereafter at the end of any monthly billing period on notice delivered on or before the 15th day of the month for cancellation effective the end of that monthly billing period.
Bastards I hate them and I hope they go out of business because of shitpoor service. |

How do you find the phone service is it ok. Heck I'm paying $39 with tax to Vonage now. I'm thinking of switching to CIA home phone at least it comes with 7Mpbs cable. |

| I think it's great. My transit sucks more than Rogers, but it is unthrottled! Upload is terrible compared to DSL with good 6/800sync... I get 40KBs max.
The home phone works well BUT you should invest the time to setup a hub/switch between the cable modem and your ATA AND Router because the ATA doesn't work well behind a router and the ATA stalls when you use it as a NAT or pass-through device. I use a linux box with 3 NIC's to bridge the connections with rate limiting and QoS so the VoIP box gets a good dedicated amount of bandwidth for calls. |

| They lie.. I have not been under 200gb since January. Perhaps NEW customers are capped, but I've gotten no notice that they are implementing caps of any kind.
I really believe that many IS{'s are waiting for the end result with Bell before screwing everyone over royally. |
