I agree. The day TWCNYC enables capping and my reseller (NYCT) follows it I will drop them immediately and if there's still no FIOS then I'll go for the cheapest home broadband w/ satellite (or perhaps no premium TV at all).

Cable upstream here is 1 or 2 Mbps. I know that it's much worse elsewhere...
