decent downstream speeds for $35 or less per month...that's just great. If it was in my area, and the caps were good, I'd switch over.
I agree. The day TWCNYC enables capping and my reseller (NYCT) follows it I will drop them immediately and if there's still no FIOS then I'll go for the cheapest home broadband w/ satellite (or perhaps no premium TV at all).
