your response is far too logical for this board. everyone should have gigabit connections that they can run at capacity 24/7 sharing all the various "linux distros" and "legal, independent movies". and it should be free, and without a contract.

Golden, CO		 If you can't do that, it's not unlimited. Sorry. Now I have no problem of throttling P2P to 512k or 1 Mbit but don't call restricted-use service unlimited.

Alexandria, VA		 I don't see any mention of unlimited in the ToS or AUP for Xohm, T-Mobile, Cox, or Comcast.
