Re: Your gear list through the years hmmm - not sure I can do this all from memory, but we'll try -
My dad got me a Kodak 110 Instamatic when I was a kid - with the rotating 4 sided flash bulbs
Then I got to use his Yashica SLR for a bit, had a 50mm, 35mm, and some sort of tele-zoom, maybe 70-200, don't recall.

| reply to Exit While I used to borrow cameras here and there, I think my list is pretty short:
•Konica Dimage (basically found in trash) •Canon A400 •Canon A510 •Pentax DS
My kids love the Canons and I still use the DS.
I have a small variety of lenses for the DS but really only count the following: •Pentax FA 77/1.8 •Pentax FA 50/1.4 •Pentax DA 16-45/4 •Pentax A 70-210/4 •Sigma EX 28/1.8 macro •Vivitar Macro TC with auto contacts
Other accessories for the DS: •lightweight tripod I never use •2x Pentax AF280T flashes with cheap optical triggers •Pentax AF540FGZ flash •polarizing filters to fit each lens •WhiBal card
I'm sure I'm forgetting something... -- My Site |

| reply to Exit My photography started out with some kind of twin lens reflex my mother had - have no idea what it was but it got me started. From there:
Pentax K1000 - college course Pentax 645 - Graduation present Nikon FM Nikon 2020 Nikon F4 Nikon N90 - my all time favorite Nikon D70 Nikon D200 and soon Nikon D700
I won't even attempt to list the lenses - I've bought and sold dozens over the last 35 years. My line up now is: Nikon 17-55, f2.8 Nikon 70-200, f2.8 Nikon 105, f2.8 micro Nikon 60mm, f2.8 micro Tamron 200 - 500, f5.6
As for flash attachments I still have a 24 pack of flash bulbs - no holder for them just the bulbs. I have no idea where they came from or how long I've had them. They just turned up when I was looking for something else. (also found a 10 pack of 5-1/4" floppy disks). |

 | reply to Exit Add a Meade LX90 EMC to my list of photography pieces. Snagged one at a local auction pretty much NIB for a song and a limp, rofl. Shouldn't have, as we really don't have the $$$ to waste on anything non-medical right now, but it was a deal of a lifetime pretty much. Computer controlled, 26mm, 17mm, 4mm Possil eye pieces and a 7mm Wide. Already have the t-mount to hook my cameras upto it. -- Images are Copyrighted and use is NOT permitted. |
