 mr242 join:2008-09-30 canada | Thanks for your help. Shaw finally emailed me back and said there is packet loss (not a big surprise to me). So they have scheduled a tech for Thursday to replace my modem and "check some cables".
So I will update this thread after they've been here. |

 mr242 join:2008-09-30 canada | Received my new modem. Signal quality is now excellent. Speed tests are maxed out. Consistent download and upload speeds as well.
