said by hottboiinnc :that loop length shouldn't matter. ATT claims that 700 people can be serviced from that one VARD. Seems like ATT is up to their lies yet again on servicing people. And don't hold your breath on pair bonding anytime soon since they're still fixing their DVR streams and HDTV. There is no lie there at all. One VRAD can serve 192, 384 or 768 customers (depending on actual cabinet size) but all customers MUST be within that 3500' limit from the VRAD, through the SAI and to the premise. In other words, if 768 people were all 3500' or less from the VRAD -- all could get Uverse service. However, even with a 52E VRAD cabinet (the one that serves up to 768 customers), if only 100 were within 3500' then only 100 could get service.
I'm not sure what you are referring to as far as fixing their DVR streams and HDTV. My DVR works just fine as does my HDTV. And now that I have whole home DVR it's even better. |
