SW Ontario		 If it's new it should not have any problem.Just plug in the 6520 to the laptop and try again.What IP did it give you for the gateway?

This is what you need to find when you do get into it.Its under home network/advanced settings if bell allows that on yours.

when your settting up your wireless here what do you do at the passpharse?? do you type something and press generate? and when you are connecting to your wireless after you have done all that what is the network key the passpharse you set up??
