New London swap to the new line-up?

Just curious when we'll finally be swapped over from the legacy line-up? Down by Ocean Beach if it helps...

Sadly, New London seems to be the forgotten town. No node flip for me either.

I'm confused here. NL nodes need to be voice certified before they are flipped? Was this the case in both East Lyme & Waterford? I thought those communities were flipped before being voice certified.

We have recently flipped a few nodes in Montville and New London and we have currently (as always subject to change) 12 nodes scheduled in the next 2 weeks which is more then we have been doing. So things are looking up. Nodes are getting certified much faster now and we are moving along at a good speed now. Its at the point now we are flipping multiple nodes a day as opposed to just one a day. So if you arent flipped yet, its getting much closer. And all the nodes we are flipping or have been flipped are now all certified for phone

You are correct, both Waterford and East Lyme were flipped before certification. This was process was changed quite some time ago. The process of certification, also means that we find problems before they become too big. This, in turn, helps with the smoothness of the lineup launch in these areas. This also allows us to launch Voice to each area at the same time that they receive the new lineup.

I'm partial to the vegetable lo mein from Sizzling Wok. They're over on Boston Post Road in Waterford, I hang there when I want to catch the upgraded lineup.

Sizzling Wok was the best around for a long time.. they have gone down in quality a bit, but they are still pretty good.

I can always go to my neighbors to see the new lineup, as I live on the New London Waterford border...

Well, I've got good news and bad news.

Apparently my node was flipped today.

The bad news: my DVR box has to be changed out. So tomorrow I'm dropping by MyRock with my old DVR.

I should be enjoying rebuild goodness by this time tomorrow.

Sheesh. I guess I'll end up being last on this board to get flipped.

Nelamvr6, whereabouts in NL do you live? Just trying to see how close (or far away) I am to getting the new lineup.

It does not have much to do with physical location. The areas that are being done are really nowhere near each-other. I should know.. Nel lives about a block away from me to the north, and there is new lineup one pole away to the west from my front door.

My node is not currently on the schedule for flipping either.. its so close, its teasing me.

As for your box nel, we can get it working if we get the "Host SN" off of it. If you want to keep your box (with your recordings) and can get me that number, I will get it fixed for ya. Or, if you want to just swap it out, thats cool too.

I think we've flipped almost 3500 customers in the last 2 weeks so progress is definitely being made.

I'm looking at the box right now, man there are numbers all over this thing! I see Host ID, is that what you mean?
