Probably.
doesn't make it a bad set though.
course if its EOL'd there probably won't be any firmware updates and parts will be harder to get than a currently in production set.

That's a nice price and a decent set. They are running about $1000 + - now on Amazon plus shipping.

I haven't had any problems since I got it last December and it doesn't have any of the banding issues that some of the larger Sharp models have had.
