I am really not mad. i just want to help and i cannot seem to get the techs or the cable company to understand that i know what i am talking about.
So either they play dumb or they really have no idea.
There needs to be a status at the cable company that the end user can achieve as a Flagged account that states that I am considered as knowledgeable as a tech. Not just Flagged for making a stink about shoty service repair issues. That are known issues.
