| Pre-purchase customer support?
I am considfering Phone Power, a but reluctant to jump in quite yet, so I decided to submit a pre-sales email request to the web site. Submited three relatively simple, straightforward, typical pre-sale questions Saturday afternoon, and have yet to receive a reply.
If a company is not responsive to pre-sale inquiries, that does not bode well for support requests after paying $200, and you are on the hook for 2 years... |

| That is odd. I have always received very prompt replies to any request. Why not use the chat feature? That way you can get instant answers. |
