I just received my vonage equipment a couple of weeks ago. I received the VPORTAL ( believe thats how you spell it ). Out of the box it was dead. Second unit they sent me I had tons of echo, they said it was home wiring. I did as they said and put the phone directly to the unit. Then told to replace my phones, and then my telephone wire... needless to say I am getting no where. I am on the verge of cancelling if i cant get this fixed. Anybody have any suggestions? (Did I mention they billed me by accident for some type of tester line? .... Only took 13 calls to get help with my billing).
Does anyone have any suggestions? I am days away from my MBG ending and probably going to cancel if I dont get some help soon. Is there special support or have dealt with a higher power at Vonage????
