| IMG 1.6 Build 06.89 Released
We received the minor (for Portland/Seattle) upgrade for the IMG overnight. (Build number was previously 06.86)
I don't have a DVR so I can't say if addresses any of the DVR related-issues with the previous 1.6 build.
From previous threads/posters:
Rumored deployment dates 10/9 VHO5 & 6 (NY, NE) 10/16 VHO7 & 8 (NJ, PA) 10/23 VHO2, 10,11 (FL, IN, PA) 11/11 VHO's 01,03 (TX, CA)

those "rumored" dates, do they apply if we haven't gotten any of the 1.6 release? |

Any who. Soon as the wife wakes up I'll do some HD streaming tests. My issues are: * FF * REW * skip * replay * jump to end within the last 2-3 minutes of a program when coming out of FF, REW, skip, replay * not starting at the beginning of the program
Doing some short testing with the QIP-2500 (it's connected to a capture card on my computer) play and pause functions are more responsive. FF, REW, skip, replay are slower to respond like doing the same with an VOD program.
edit: With the QIP-2500, I still get the jump to end when coming out of FF, REW, skip or reply with 1-2 minutes left in the program. arrrrggg. |

If they want to do it to one or two areas as betas, and then to the whole nation at once, that would be one thing. But, with my TX boxes still showing "1.5.0" last time I looked, I'm getting pretty impatient with this dribble, dribble, dribble stuff. |
