Can't get maximum protection UNchecked

I have a 2701HG-B that I am trying to open a port on. I have created a new user defined application but when I try to check allow individual applications and add it to the hosted applications nothing shows under hosted applications and the check moves back to maximum protection. Same thing happens when I try to add any of the preset games or applications on the list. Will not show under hosted applications and Maximum protection checks itself. I have the latest software
5.29.109.5 Any help will be appreciated.

Are you clicking the done button after making the changes?

Yes I have tried hitting the done button but even before I would get to that step when I hit add it changes back to maximum protection. Does this even with the preconfigured games.

I've tried FireFox, IE, and Safari. Same results with all.

After resetting it back to back to back(3 times in a row) it is working now. I had tried resetting it before and everything went back to default but could not get it to work but for some reason doing it 3 times in a row worked. Thanks for your help!
