| Can't get maximum protection UNchecked
I have a 2701HG-B that I am trying to open a port on. I have created a new user defined application but when I try to check allow individual applications and add it to the hosted applications nothing shows under hosted applications and the check moves back to maximum protection. Same thing happens when I try to add any of the preset games or applications on the list. Will not show under hosted applications and Maximum protection checks itself. I have the latest software

Louisville, KY | Yes I have tried hitting the done button but even before I would get to that step when I hit add it changes back to maximum protection. Does this even with the preconfigured games. |

After resetting it back to back to back(3 times in a row) it is working now. I had tried resetting it before and everything went back to default but could not get it to work but for some reason doing it 3 times in a row worked. Thanks for your help! |
