We are limited by Bell. If Bells states that you can not get 5Mbps all we can do is request it once again. In your case show them proof that you were at 5Mbps before and ask why the profile was downgraded. What it looks like is that Bell moved you out of a remote and put you further away from the CO. |

| Do you still think after such fun with your billing that resulted in reset of my account this is ME who should deal with Bell and prove them something?? As far as I remember I've signed the contract with ACANAC, not Bell, and till now hoped You're going to resolve problems you've organized to me. |
