<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1544250"><b>nateco</b></A> : are you sure about that. <br><br>I think your contract is tied to your plan...if you switched before, you got the contract associated with that plan...if you're now on a plan with no contract.....I would think you do not have a contract. <br><br>If the the old contract was still binding, they would have to make the distintion that the new plans did no re- up a contract, but continued with the old one. <br><br>It plainly states the your Internet plan does not have a contract tied to it. ]]></description>
