Heh, they'll let you switch packages while in your contract term, but that doesn't terminate your term commitment...
If it was that easy everyone could just cancel and bring bell down to its knees. Hence why they protect themselves with lame contracts. -- GO LEAFS GO!
I think your contract is tied to your plan...if you switched before, you got the contract associated with that plan...if you're now on a plan with no contract.....I would think you do not have a contract.
If the the old contract was still binding, they would have to make the distintion that the new plans did no re- up a contract, but continued with the old one.
It plainly states the your Internet plan does not have a contract tied to it.
