| Another Federal jerk around.  The bail out will not help homeowners that purchased homes between 2004 and the end of 2006 and whose homes have lost value. Even if homeowners receive relief on their mortgage rates they will have a problem if they want to sell their homes and the selling price of their home is less than the unpaid balance on their mortgage. They will have to come to the closing with money that they do not have for the shortage. Our government has not explained how the bail out will help those homeowners. On the other hand the telecommunication monopoly took the money for outside plant upgrades and ran. The telecom mafia has already received money collected by the government and used it for other purposes. The telecommunications mafia need to be sanctioned for their misdeeds. |
