| Major ViaTalk Outage
There has to be something goin on at ViaTalk all day ive been some huge # in line for tech support. Right now im like #30 in line, and if i put my # to get a call back it takes like 2 hours since i did it last week. I keep not havin phone and this is just lousy service. |

How has your general internet connection been. Slamming it with say bittorent. LOL Plus are you on the old servers or new servers or do you even know. To me I love the new servers. Beyond that any info is good info, thanks |

Beyond that any info is good info, thanks There isn't any service outages going on currently, just increase support load due to the ongoing account migrations (which will thankfully be completed soon). What symptoms are you currently seeing?

i have had one way audio for 3 days straight, i can't get through to support, i've rebooted everything, my adapter is setup correctly, what do i do? |

| reply to HHaynor Maybe a phase of the moon??? I tried calling at&t yesterday morning and once getting through their IVR trees, the recording said "due to unforeseen circumstances we are not able to connect your call. Please try later." So maybe a long delay at VT is not so bad?
If memory serves, we are at the anniversay of the SR great escape... hmmmm |

| Nope, not anniversary, the SR 'great escape' was June'07.
Can tell when VT service is working great for the majority when we create trivia threads (me) and pour on the forum support when one user says his adapter is setup correctly but doesn't work, yet won't even reply to those offering assistance..
With the obviously false title, this thread will get a bunch of reads. |
