Take a look at your contract to see if what the CSR says makes any sense. It sounds like they would be charging you for any phone usage past the end of a billing cycle/date.
Why can't you simply wait a week to cancel service and port out to ATT(?) Also, why would you think simply because someone on the internet told you it would be possible to circumvent what the Sprint CSR has told you regarding ETF means it must be true(?)
You don't understand I'm just sick of the damn phones and their mediocre service that it's like, the sooner the better type of thing. Besides...if what the CSR said is true and I can get outta the service BEFORE the 11th, port the numbers withOUT an ETF, and NOT be billed anything AFTER the 11th, then why should I NOT port out earlier than the 11th?
And I'm not trying to see what's "true" or not. I'm trying to get other peoples opinions on the matter. Which is basically what a forum is used for. |
