Maybe another great depression is neccesary...

If anyone used their heads, this bailout is to spur the credit crunch. This bailout ain't gonna help fat cats with billions of dollars. It would help college students trying to get school loans. Or people trying to buy a house. Or small businesses trying to hire.

Of course people would rather spend the money on things like this.

I'd say then let another 1929 happen. When people are on the street, they'll realize how much they took for granted.

I live in SE rural Louisiana and have been waiting for wired broadband service for over 8 years now. If this gets it to me faster, then GO FOR IT.
